2022 Spinner of the Month Winners!



These are the 12 winners of the Employee of the Month award for their outstanding performance in sign spinning are truly remarkable individuals. Sign spinning is a job that requires exceptional physical agility and creativity, and these employees have demonstrated an extraordinary level of skill and dedication in their work. They have not only captured the attention of passersby with their impressive moves, but they have also helped to promote their company's brand in a memorable way. These 12 individuals are shining examples of how dedication, passion, and hard work can lead to success and recognition in any field.


JANUARY 2022: The student has become the master. Sign Spinning legend, Matthew Doolan, is our January 2022 AArrow Sign Spinner of the Month! Not just for his victory at the 2022 WSSC Virtual Warm Up but also for his continued contributions to the sport and business of Sign Spinning. Whether going viral on Tik Tok, being featured in Spectrum commercials or providing local customer service, Matt always does it with a smile!


FEBRUARY 2022: Chris Sicuso, hailing from Team Las Vegas, goes above and beyond every time he works. He has great people skills and especially excels with the training of newer Sign Spinners. Chris understands the AArrow ways and is a valued member of the team!


MARCH 2022: Manny Reyes has been spinning signs on street corners since 2015. He started his career with the AArrow Sign Spinners in Northern California. With thousands of hours under his belt and hundreds of testimonials!  Manny is our winner of the March Spinner of the Month!


APRIL 2022:Kadeem Johnson is the 2022 World Sign Spinning Championship! Now known as "Mr. 4 Times", Kadeem captured another World Sign Spinning Championship adding to his victories from 2012, 2014, & 2016 and laying claim to being the Greatest Sign Spinner of All Time!


MAY 2022:Peter started spinning over 8 years ago in the Pacific Northwest and now serves as the General Manager of AArrow Denver. Peter integrates the martial arts skills that he honed as a kid into his sign-spinning style, especially his love of nunchucks. His smooth style is complemented by a glowing smile and unmatched professionalism.  An avid hiker and camper, Peter's love of nature makes him a good fit to handle all of the weather mood swings in Denver.  From the Rockies to the Springs, Peter is making moves in Colorado.


JUNE 2022:Our AArrow Sign Spinner of the Month is the local DMV legend, Tafari Moye. He is a long-time integral member of our team impressing everyone on the corner while also assisting with the hiring and training of the next generation of Sign Spinners. Tafari never lets anything stop him from putting in 100% effort and energy!


JULY 2022: Our AArrow Sign Spinner of the Month for July is Esteban Estrada from San Antonio/Austin. Esteban is one of our most reliable, professional, and dedicated employees going out of his way for every location he spins for. He has been a critical part of our recent change in management and we are very appreciative to have him on our team!


AUGUST 2022: Jerald's creative nature goes beyond sign spinning. His creativity is demonstrated through dance and cinematography as well. His talents allow him to seamlessly bounce between composing beautiful video edits, and composing elegant sign spinning routines. Jerald had the chance to showcase all 3 of these attributes at the 2022 World Sign Spinning Championship. His ability to spin, dance, and capture the best moments of his peers was on full display here!

From AArrow All-Star to Office All-Star, Jerald is equally balanced in the field and in the office. His capacity to learn has allowed him to also pick up additional responsibilities and ascend quickly within the industry. According to Rayen Jones of Las Vegas, he's the image of punctuality and perseverance. No matter the assignment, Jerald reliably completes the task with confidence and unmatched swagger.


The hard working Evan Himebaugh just crossed 1000 hours spun in Atlanta so far this year. Crossing that benchmark earns him the title of Iron Spinner. His dedication, positive attitude and consist effort makes him an invaluable member of our team. Congrats to Evan for being our AArrow Sign Spinner of the Month for September!


William has been spinning with AArrow since 2006 and can frequently be seen in and around the Orlando area after moving there from Hawaii.  He also recently earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is an avid bike rider and always a pleasure to work with.


After beginning his Sign Spinning journey in 2012 in Lima, Peru, Javier Asmat then moved to Miami to be a business major and is our AArrow Sign Spinner of the Month for November 2022. Javier is extremely reliable rain or shine, arrives early to every shift, and delivers smiles throughout the day. Customers only have great things to say about him and request him back by name!


Our AArrow Sign Spinner of the month for December is Samuel Hinojosa from Dallas/Ft. Worth. Samuel is extremely reliable, punctual and always helping our DFW operations team execute flawless campaigns!
