The Dallas-Fort Worth area witnessed another electrifying showdown this past weekend as AArrow Sign Spinners hosted the 2nd Annual DFW Texas Sign Spinning Championship—and once again, it all went down at the fan-favorite Martin House Brewing Company.
This year’s competition brought together 13 passionate and talented competitors, each hungry to claim local bragging rights and spin their way toward statewide recognition. With each flip, twirl, and stall, these athletes turned advertising into art and the parking lot into a stage.
A Familiar Venue
Back by popular demand, Martin House Brewing Company returned as the hosting venue, providing a dynamic space and laid-back energy that perfectly matched the spirit of the event. Their continued support plays a huge role in the event’s success and community vibe.
Event Staff & Judges
The event was skillfully run by Matt Doolan and DayDay Jordan, who handled everything from judging to MCing to managing the action. Their energy kept the crowd engaged and the competition flowing smoothly from the first spin to the final scorecard.
A Day of High Energy and Spirited Competition
Throughout the day, the competitors brought their A-game. From creative trick combinations to gravity-defying tosses, each spinner brought something unique to the championship. While the final scores and placements are still being compiled (or can be added here if needed), the camaraderie and energy were unmatched.
A Community Built on Passion and Precision
This competition marked the continued growth of the sign spinning community in DFW. As we look ahead to future regional competitions and the ultimate showdown at the state level, one thing is clear—Texas sign spinners are hungry, talented, and ready to take things to the next level.
