San Diego Comic-Con® returns July 23–27, 2025, and AArrow Sign Spinners will be right next door helping promote something super important — the 49th annual Robert A. Heinlein Blood Drive!
We’re teaming up once again to help save lives during one of the largest pop culture events in the world. As thousands of fans descend on San Diego for Comic-Con, we’re inviting attendees and locals alike to be heroes off the convention floor by donating blood.
Here’s why you should roll up your sleeve:
🩸 Save lives. Your donation could help someone in critical need.
👕 Score exclusive swag. All donors will receive a limited-edition Marvel Fantastic 4 T-shirt — only available during this drive, while supplies last!
📍 Convenient location. We’re just steps away from the Comic-Con action, so it’s easy to stop in before or after your panels, cosplay moments, or expo floor runs.

The San Diego Blood Bank, a nonprofit serving the region for 75 years, has helped collect millions of pints of blood to support local hospitals and patients in need. Since 1977, they’ve hosted one of the largest blood drives during Comic-Con week — a long-standing tradition that’s saved thousands of lives.
In 2024, the event hit a record, collecting over 3,000 pints in just five days. Earlier this year, the effort expanded to WonderCon®, with another 500+ pints collected. As Comic-Con 2025 approaches, the mission continues — and every donation counts.
