Carlos began working with AArrow in 2012 and instantly grew into an integral part of the AArrow Family. After helping spearhead expansion into Houston, Carlos later moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where he groomed an entire generation of future AArrow leaders.
His culinary expertise makes sure that everyone on his team is eatin’ good. He even hosts his own crawfish broils every year. Make sure to get there early.
Carlos enjoys traveling the world with his lovely wife Hanna, especially if it means going back to his second home in Valenia, Spain.
