One of our very own sign spinners had the unique opportunity to blend street skills with sketch comedy on a recent episode of Game Changer, the wildly creative show from Dropout TV (formerly known as CollegeHumor). The twist? The episode was sponsored by LinkedIn — and they wanted to showcase it in the most unexpected way: through sign spinning!
The opportunity came through an unexpected connection at Universal Studios Horror Nights, where a fellow character actor mentioned the casting. Our spinner submitted a quick Instagram audition featuring a line read and some signature tricks — and just like that, they were booked for the shoot.
Not only did our spinner perform on camera, but they also got to make the sign themselves, literally taking the project from concept to execution. Filming took place back in October 2024, and now the episode is live on Dropout, a subscription comedy platform that’s been making waves with fresh, original content.
