On January 13, 2025, the spotlight shone brightly on Atlanta as it hosted the much-anticipated Georgia Sign Spinning Championship (GSSC) at The Garage by Monday Night Brewing.
This event brought together some of the most talented and creative sign spinners in the region, showcasing their incredible skills and passion for the art of sign spinning.
The Highlights!
The competition featured spinners with a range of experience—from those who were part of the Atlanta market’s first year to new talent in their first year of spinning. Visitors from four different states attended, making the GSSC a regional celebration of sign spinning excellence.
Judging the event were seasoned professionals Sam, Theo, and Doolan, bringing 40+ years of collective sign spinning experience to the table. Their expertise ensured that each performance was evaluated with a keen eye for skill, creativity, and flair.

The event was more than just a competition—it was a celebration of community. Attendees supported a fundraiser for Finch Elementary School’s basketball uniforms, highlighting the importance of giving back to local causes. Additionally, members of the Atlanta Jugglers Association joined in, adding even more excitement and entertainment to the event.
