It was 45 F and sprinkling in San Antonio. The sign was hard as a rock and Theo was amazing. 1 out of their 4 regulars came in to donate. We got them 3 additional walk-ins from 9a to 12p Sunday morning. That’s a 300% Increase!
The sign spinning community is strong in San Antonio, they really do succeed in creating a sports culture. They host regular spin sessions and regularly take part in the Texas Sign Spinning Competition. Only the best sign spinners can thrive in Texas, and the best go on to compete in the World Sign Spinning Championship every year in Las Vegas. This creates long lasting sign spinner friends that stay involved through generations of sign spinners. It's very powerful to see the people brought together for their love of sign spinning and that is reinforced in their business model.
I’m a sales counselor with KB Home. I work at the Hidden Canyons location with another sales counselor named Norma. We wanted to reach out real quick to let you know we’ve consistently remained impressed with Steven’s work ethic. He’s professional, friendly, punctual and never complains. He walks into our Model Home every weekend morning & night to cheerfully say “Hey!”
Considering he’s outside for hours & hours with the heat, we would also like to point out that he has NEVER complained once. Instead, Norma and I will offer him water, but he’s always prepared with his own cold water. And then we’ll see him outside spinning the KB arrow non-stop for several hours! We’re pretty sure Steven must take breaks, however it seems that he just keeps going & going, which is pretty impressive.
All that being said, the best part about him is he’s always cheerful. His loyalty, integrity and joyful personality have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for having Steven be part of our team! We like him a lot!
They (AArrow) helped us reach millions of voters in the weeks leading up to election day. The early voting turnout was tremendous, it was a big deal for us to get out there early. Prop 24 totally passed.
